Sales Manager

About the role
Krasotata is a SaaS platform for managing beauty salons, hair salons, manicure, cosmetology, tattoo, and epilation studios. We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead new customer acquisition and nurture long-term relationships. You'll work directly with the founder and shape our sales approach from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Identify and acquire new salons — from solo practitioners to chains.
- Lead demo meetings (online and on-site), show platform features and explain the value.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract.
- Maintain CRM with active conversations and monthly pipeline forecasts.
- Work with the marketing team on better inbound leads and field feedback.
- Help onboard new customers and set them up for success.
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product team.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or beauty industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and confidence speaking to varied clients.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes — qualification, demo, negotiation, closing.
- Independence and results-orientation — we work with goals, not clock-in times.
- Tech-savvy — you can quickly learn a new platform and demo it well.
- Working English (for product team communication and docs) — nice to have.
Bonus points
- Direct experience in the beauty/wellness industry.
- Knowledge of the salon market and salon owners in Sofia / major cities.
- Experience building partner channels.
